Ayurvedic Sales \& Customer Care Executive (Telecaller)

Main Responsibilities

• Call customers who have shown interest in Ayurvedic products/services.
• Explain products clearly, including ingredients, usage, price, and general benefits.
• Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Convert interested leads into orders or consultations.
• Handle customer questions and basic product-related queries.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with old and potential customers.
• Take feedback from customers after purchase.
• Maintain daily call and sales records in CRM/Excel.
• Coordinate with the sales, delivery, and customer-support teams.
• Meet monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, conversions, and sales.

Ideal Candidate

• Good Hindi communication; basic English is a plus.
• Confident and polite on the phone.
• 0–2 years of telecalling/sales experience.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel, and CRM software.
• Good listening and convincing skills.
• Interested in Ayurveda, wellness, and customer service.

Suggested Salary

₹8,000–₹25,000/month + incentives, depending on experience and location.

Performance Incentives: Give incentives based on successful orders/collections and quality follow-ups, rather than just number of calls. This usually creates a better sales team.
