About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Consultant with a Mechanical Engineering background to join our Construction ERP team and support customers using the Plant \& Machinery module.

The role is suitable for fresh Mechanical Engineering graduates who are interested in understanding construction equipment, machinery management and ERP-based business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support to customers using the Plant \& Machinery module of NWAY Construction ERP.
• Understand customer requirements and assist them with day-to-day module-related queries.
• Learn and support processes related to construction plant and machinery management.
• Assist customers with machinery-related entries, records, utilization, maintenance and operational data.
• Understand issues reported by customers and coordinate with the internal technical/product team for resolution.
• Provide basic product demonstrations and user guidance to customers.
• Assist in ERP implementation, configuration, testing and user training.
• Document customer issues, requirements and resolutions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of reported issues.
• Develop a strong understanding of construction machinery and the ERP processes associated with it.
• Travel to customer/project sites when required for implementation, support or training.

Candidate Profile

• B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of mechanical equipment, construction machinery and maintenance concepts.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and understanding their requirements.
• Willingness to learn ERP software and construction industry processes.
• Willingness to travel to customer/project sites when required.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.

Good to Have

• Academic/project exposure to heavy machinery, construction equipment or equipment maintenance.
• Basic understanding of equipment utilization, preventive maintenance and machinery operations.
• Exposure to ERP/software applications.
• Interest in customer support, implementation and functional consulting.
