Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organised Virtual Assistant to support our clients with administrative tasks, coordination, research, documentation, and routine operational activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working remotely, managing multiple tasks, and taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Executive \& Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, maintain documents, and coordinate day-to-day activities.
• Recruitment Support: Assist with candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and recruitment coordination when required.
• Customer \& Operations Support: Handle routine customer coordination, follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and operational tasks.
• Research \& Data Management: Conduct online research, maintain spreadsheets, update CRM records, and prepare basic reports.
• Coordination \& Execution: Track pending tasks, follow up with relevant stakeholders, and ensure timely completion of assigned work.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of ex. as virtual assistant for US/ UK region.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace and MS Office.
• Strong organisational, time-management, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach.
• Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to different client requirements.
