Sales Officer

Sunder Spices Pvt. Ltd. is engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of spices and food products under the brand name Sunder Masala. We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Officer to strengthen our market presence and expand our distribution network in Ujjain.

Job Summary

The Sales Officer will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new retail outlets, managing existing customers, expanding market coverage, and ensuring the availability and visibility of Sunder Masala products across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.
• Conduct regular market visits to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
• Develop new retail outlets and expand the company's distribution network.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and business partners.
• Generate orders and ensure the availability of products in the assigned market.
• Implement company schemes, promotional activities, and product displays.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Follow the assigned beat plan and ensure effective market coverage.
• Coordinate with distributors and the sales team for timely order execution.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and support timely collection.
• Submit daily sales reports, market visit reports, and other required updates to management.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate in any stream; candidates with a sales or marketing background will be preferred.
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in spices, food products, or consumer goods.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently in the field.
• Knowledge of the Jabalpur local market and surrounding areas will be an advantage.
• Candidates should have their own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
