Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in the plastic and PET bottle manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, managing sales inquiries, and achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the plastic and PET bottle industry.

Generate leads and acquire new customers through calls, emails, market research, and field visits.

Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the production team for order execution.

Prepare quotations, sales reports, and client follow-up records.

Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer inquiries.

Maintain customer databases and sales records using MS Excel.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

Graduate in any stream; a business or sales-related qualification is preferred.

2–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Sales Coordination.

Experience in the plastic, packaging, PET bottle, or manufacturing industry will be preferred.

Good communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

Working knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.

Strong follow-up, lead-generation, and relationship-management skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Salary \& Benefits

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
