Requirements \& Skills

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma-(Civil)
• Experience: 1-3 Years
• Relevant degree in engineering.
• Comfortable with PAN India travel.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in mathematics.
• Experience in technical field.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Carry out site execution activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Monitor daily work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Conduct and support quality checks, material inspections, site audits, and ensure workmanship quality at every stage.

• Maintain daily site reports, attendance records, and material tracking sheets.

• Report site updates, progress, and issues to the Sr. Civil Engineer / Project Manager.

• Verify site measurements and assist in preparing work-related documentation.

• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, vendors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, PPE usage, and overall site safety protocols.

• Assist in managing site inventory, monitoring material consumption, and ensuring availability of required resources.

• Plan and allocate daily work activities to workers in coordination with the Sr. Engineer.

• Identify discrepancies in drawings, technical issues, or site-related concerns and escalate them for timely resolution.

Pay

₹22,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
