Job Profile–Recruitment Executive Full Time/Permanent/Work from Office

Package – Upto 3.60 LPA

• Roles and Responsibilities

• Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks.

• Reviewing resumes and screening candidates.

• Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.

• Handle day-to-day HR tasks, such as employee onboarding, orientation, employee engagement etc.

• Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentations.

• Organize and conduct campus drive.

• Screening and generating daily walk-ins for Interview
• Required Skills

• Minimum Graduate or Post Graduate.

• Excellent English communication with Fluency and interpersonal skills

• Experienced in Recruitment.

• Proven track record in the financial industry, such as broking, mutual funds, and banking.
