Job Overview

We are looking for a Sr. HR – IT Recruitment to manage end-to-end recruitment and support HR operations for our growing IT team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and recruitment closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles including Developers, Designers, QA, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and other technical positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Upwork, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and development teams.
• Manage interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, feedback, salary discussions, and offer negotiations.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment pipeline.
• Drive recruitment within defined timelines and ensure positions are closed efficiently.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for frequently required IT skill sets.
• Handle candidate communication throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics including sourcing, interview lineups, selection, offers, and joining status.
• Work closely with management and hiring teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Support other HR operations and employee-related activities as required.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of IT roles, technical skills, and recruitment processes.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up skills with candidates and hiring teams.
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets and timelines.
