About this job
- End-to-End Recruitment \& Delivery: Manage full-cycle recruitment for critical and high-volume roles across the NBFC vertical (e.g., retail loans, personal loans, LAP, SME, risk, tech, and corporate functions).
- Team Leadership \& Management: Lead, mentor, and track a team of Talent Acquisition specialists/recruiters to meet monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
- Stakeholder Partnering: Partner closely with Business Heads, Hiring Managers, and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to understand workforce planning and role specifications.
- Sourcing \& Pipeline Strategy: Build sustainable pipelines of active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Talent Solutions, portal databases, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Bulk \& Field Sales Hiring: Drive high-pressure, target-driven recruitment for retail distribution, branch networks, and field sales teams if applicable to the portfolio.
- Metrics \& Analytics: Track and report key recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLAs) such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, and recruitment MIS dashboards.
