CFO cum Chartered Accountant

Financial Planning \& Strategy

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.
• Advise management on financial decisions and investments.

Accounting \& Financial Reporting

• Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Review Balance Sheet, Profit \& Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Taxation \& Compliance

• Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Ensure timely filing of all tax returns and regulatory reports.
• Handle tax assessments, notices, and departmental audits.
• Monitor compliance with Companies Act and other applicable laws.

Audit Management

• Coordinate with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, and Tax Auditors.
• Ensure timely completion of audits.
• Implement audit recommendations and strengthen internal controls.

Treasury \& Cash Management

• Manage banking relationships and fund requirements.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and borrowing arrangements.
• Negotiate with banks for loans, limits, and financial facilities.

Internal Controls \& Risk Management

• Establish and monitor financial controls and SOPs.
• Identify financial risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Prevent fraud and ensure financial discipline across the organization.

MIS \& Management Reporting

• Prepare and present MIS reports to Directors and Management.
• Analyze business performance and profitability.
• Provide insights for cost reduction and operational efficiency.

Team Leadership

• Lead and supervise Accounts, Finance, Payroll, and Taxation teams.
• Train and mentor finance staff.
• Ensure smooth functioning of the finance department.
