Roles \& Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize full-stack web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies
• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces while ensuring high performance and crossbrowser compatibility.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services where required.
• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases and write efficient, scalable queries.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on cloud platforms while following security and coding best

practices.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and engineering standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for scalability, reliability, and performance
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of React.js, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Experience with Node.js, Express.js, or NestJS.
• Good understanding of MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Experience with REST APIs, Git, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure,

or GCP

• Familiarity with authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth), security best

practices,

• CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
• Good understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and modern web

development practices.

• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot,

Claude Code, Windsurf, or ChatGPT

• Experience leading a small team or mentoring junior developers.
• Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Groq,

or Llama

• Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector

databases and embedding models.

• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and developing MCP Servers or AI tool

integrations.

• Experience designing AI workflows, agentic AI systems, multi-agent architectures, or

AI automation.

• Experience building SaaS, enterprise, or AI-powered applications.
