Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads from builders, contractors, developers, and construction projects.
• Promote and sell Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Conduct field visits to construction sites and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and generate repeat business.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up on sales enquiries.
• Coordinate with plant, dispatch, and accounts teams for customer service and payment collection.
• Maintain daily reports of leads, client visits, sales, and follow-ups.
• Monitor competitor activities and identify new market opportunities.

Required Skills

• Experience in RMC, cement, construction materials, or sales and marketing preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and lead-generation skills.
• Target-oriented with a proactive approach to business development.
• Must be willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
