Job Summary

Techwave IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Inside Sales Executive to generate business leads, connect with potential clients, understand their requirements, and demonstrate our software solutions.

This role is suitable for freshers and candidates interested in building a career in IT sales, lead generation, ERP software, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate business leads through calling, online research, referrals, and other channels.
• Contact potential clients and introduce the company's software and IT services.
• Demonstrate ERP software, websites, mobile applications, and other IT solutions to prospective clients.
• Understand customer requirements and explain relevant product features.
• Qualify leads based on customer needs, interest, and business potential.
• Schedule product demonstrations and meetings with potential clients.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate lead records and daily activity reports in the CRM or company system.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in speaking with clients and business owners.
• Interest in sales, technology, and software products.
• Good follow-up, presentation, and coordination skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Willingness to learn ERP software and deliver product demonstrations.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with experience in telecalling, inside sales, lead generation, or IT/software sales will be preferred.

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly salary: ₹17,000–₹22,000.
• Additional performance-based incentives up to ₹3,000 per month.
• Sundays and alternate Saturdays off.
