Financial Sales Advisor

About the Role

We are looking for a target-oriented International Sales Executive to join our team in the Forex/Fintech industry. The role involves connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, building relationships, and driving sales through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing international clients
• Handle voice calls and live chat interactions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Follow up with leads and existing customers consistently
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure
• Work towards achieving monthly sales targets
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
• Analyze sales trends and improve lead generation and conversion
• Use strong negotiation and persuasion skills to drive conversions

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in BDE/Inside Sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and client interaction
• Target-driven and performance-oriented approach
• Interest in Forex, Comex, and Indices is essential
• Basic knowledge of financial markets or trading platforms
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
