Job Overview

We are looking for Presentable, Good-speaking skill, and persuasive Telecalling Executives to join our team in Indore. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our products/services, addressing inquiries, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients from provided databases.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in Hindi / English
• Maintain follow-up logs and update lead statuses regularly.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and active engagement over phone calls.

Qualifications \& Requirements

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, voice process, or customer service.
• Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, positive phone demeanor, and active listening skills.

Pay

₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
