digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid

digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be data-focused, ROI

oriented, and skilled in scaling campaigns while maintaining efficiency across channels such

as Google, Meta, and other paid media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook \&

Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms

• Drive measurable growth in leads, conversions, and revenue through performance

channels

• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, audiences, and ad copies
• Monitor daily budgets, bids, ROAS, CPL, CPA, and conversion metrics
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights
• Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to improve funnel performance
• Implement tracking via Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, GTM, and conversion APIs
• Stay updated on platform trends, policies, and best practices

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools
• Proficient in GA4, GTM, CRM integrations, and conversion tracking
• Strong analytical, optimization, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and reporting skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with eCommerce funnels, lead generation, and retargeting
• Knowledge of landing page optimization tools (Unbounce, Webflow, etc.)
• Experience with automation tools and CRM platforms
• Agency experience is a plus

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
