Job Overview

IOTA Academy is looking for a friendly, confident, and student-focused Academic Counsellor to join our team.

This is an entry-level opportunity. No prior work experience is required. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, comfortable communicating with students, and open to working with a young and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle student queries related to courses, fees, batches, classes, and schedules.
• Call and follow up with prospective students regarding admissions and maintain records.
• Coordinate with trainers and internal teams regarding student and batch-related matters.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the team or management.

Requirements

• Graduation completed or pursuing graduation in any discipline.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working with a young and energetic team.

Salary

Up to ₹20,000/month, based on skills and interview performance, with performance-based incentives.
