Responsibilities

• Source IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in offer roll-out and onboarding activities.
• Support daily HR operations and recruitment documentation.

Requirements

• Graduate or pursuing Graduation/MBA (HR).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay

₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
