Job description
- Handle customer queries and resolve technical issues related to product repairs and troubleshooting.
- Send routine emails to customers regarding installation and configuration.
- Prepare and send bulk emails for marketing and customer communication purposes.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical assistance and follow up with customers to ensure timely issue resolution.
Knowledge \& Skills
- Basics knowledge of electronics \& basic troubleshooting knowledge.
- Good Communication, MS Office, Email Etiquette, Problem-Solving, Customer Handling, Quick Learner, Tech-Savvy, Polite and Professional Attitude.
Qualification: B. Tech. (ECE)
