Sales Floor Manager

• FLOOR MANAGER – HARDWARE \& KITCHEN ACCESSORIES

We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Floor Manager to manage our hardware store and kitchen accessories showroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily showroom and floor operations.
• Supervise sales staff and allocate daily duties.
• Attend to customers, understand their requirements, and ensure excellent customer service.
• Handle sales of hardware products, kitchen accessories, cabinet fittings, handles, locks, and other interior hardware products.
• Monitor stock availability, display arrangements, and product replenishment.
• Coordinate with the purchase, billing, and inventory teams.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain customer relationships.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and product demonstrations.
• Ensure proper product display, store discipline, and cleanliness.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in hardware, modular kitchen accessories, furniture fittings, or interior products.
• Good communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
• Knowledge of product specifications and sales techniques.
• Ability to manage a sales team and achieve targets.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing or inventory software will be an advantage.
