Handle franchise enquiries generated through Meta Ads, the company website, referrals, and other lead sources.
Qualify leads and understand their investment capability and business objectives.
Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with prospective franchise partners.
Present the Cremeborne franchise business model, investment details, ROI, and operational process.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through regular follow-ups.
Negotiate commercial terms and work towards successful franchise closures.
Coordinate with the Operations, Legal, Finance, and Design teams for seamless franchise onboarding.
Maintain accurate records of all leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM or reporting system.
Achieve monthly franchise sales targets and contribute towards the company’s expansion goals.
Participate in franchise exhibitions, networking events, and business meetings whenever required.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
Maintain a high level of professionalism while representing the Cremeborne brand.
