NEW FLAT & NEW CLIENT BOOKING Responsibilities: Find and contact owners for new flats. Generate new PG client enquiries. Explain rent, deposit, facilities and booking process. Arrange property visits for clients. Follow up with interested clients and close bookings. Collect required booking details and coordinate with the team. Maintain daily flat and client booking records. Requirements: Good communication and convincing skills. Hindi/English; Marathi preferred. Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and Excel/Google Sheets. Sales/telecalling experience preferred.
