WE ARE HIRING – EVENT PRESENTATION EXECUTIVE Job Location: Shaniwar Peth, Pune Position: Event Presentation Executive Employment Type: 1-Year Contract. Experience: 6 Months and Above Job Responsibilities • Understand client requirements for weddings, birthdays, corporate parties and other events. • Create professional and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations based on client requirements. • Prepare presentations showcasing event themes, decoration ideas, venue setups and other concepts. • Present event concepts and ideas to clients in a clear and professional manner. • Incorporate client feedback and make necessary changes to presentations. • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure client requirements are accurately represented. Required Skills • Good knowledge of Microsoft office, PowerPoint presentation, Photoshop, Canva, graphic designing, Illustrator. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into effective presentations. • Creative thinking and attention to detail. • Good coordination and organizational skills. Eligibility • Minimum 6 months of experience in presentation development, client servicing, Microsoft office, PowerPoint presentation, Photoshop, Canva, graphic designing, Illustrator. • Experience in event management will be an advantage. • Freshers with strong PowerPoint, Microsoft office, Photoshop, Canva, graphic designing, Illustrator may also be considered.
