Event Planner / Manager

Job Description – Manager / Event Coordinator | Magique Theater We are looking for a responsible and proactive Manager / Event Coordinator to manage daily theater operations, coordinate celebrations and events, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain smooth outlet functioning. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage daily theater operations and ensure all rooms are clean, ready, and properly maintained. 2. Coordinate birthday parties, anniversaries, private celebrations, and other special events. 3. Handle customer inquiries, bookings, package details, and special requests. 4. Coordinate with the Customer Support (CS), operations, housekeeping, and food service teams. 5. Ensure timely room preparation, decoration setup, food service, and customer arrangements. 6. Promote premium and luxury packages to increase bookings and revenue. 7. Monitor customer feedback, online reviews, and service quality to maintain customer satisfaction. 8. Resolve customer complaints and operational issues professionally. 9. Maintain booking records, daily reports, cancellation details, and revenue updates. 10. Supervise staff coordination and ensure all tasks are completed on time. 11. Coordinate maintenance, cleanliness, equipment readiness, and overall outlet presentation. 12. Support social media promotions, content shoots, and special offers to improve brand visibility.
