Roles & ResponsibilitiesContact customers regarding pending loan repayments and overdue EMIs. Follow up with customers through calls and other approved communication channels. Explain repayment schedules and assist customers with payment-related queries. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection updates. Achieve assigned collection targets while maintaining professional customer relationships. Follow company policies and ethical collection practices. RequirementsMinimum 3–6 months of experience in collections, telecalling, loan recovery or a similar role. Good communication and negotiation skills. Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills. Ability to work towards targets and handle customers professionally.
