Accounts & Admin Executive Location: Plot No. 29, Industrial Town Planning Scheme, Ramtekdi, Hadapsar, Pune – 411028, Maharashtra Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month Experience: Minimum 2 years Education: Minimum Graduation Gender: Male & Female candidates can apply Job ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day accounting and administrative activities. Maintain accurate books of accounts, invoices, vouchers, and financial records. Manage GST-related accounting, returns, and documentation. Handle TDS calculations, deductions, records, and related compliance. Assist with taxation-related activities and documentation. Maintain knowledge and compliance with applicable commercial laws and statutory requirements . Prepare and maintain financial reports and account statements. Perform bank reconciliation and monitor day-to-day transactions. Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams when required. Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely completion of accounting and administrative tasks. RequirementsMinimum 2 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Administration. Minimum Graduation in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Good knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and commercial laws . Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation. Strong MS Excel and computer skills. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple accounting and administrative tasks efficiently. Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply.
