The ideal candidate should have strong programming fundamentals, a good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), data structures, algorithms, and software development principles. Candidates should be passionate about building reliable, scalable, and maintainable applications while leveraging AI tools to improve development productivity. Roles and ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, implement, and maintain software applications using Java and Spring Boot. Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Spring Boot and related Java technologies. Design database schemas, write SQL queries, and perform database operations using MySQL. Use Python for scripting, automation, data processing, and application development where required. Leverage AI-powered coding tools to assist with code generation, debugging, test creation, documentation, and development productivity. Write clean, efficient, modular, reusable, and well-documented code. Apply OOP concepts, SOLID principles, and clean code practices. Understand data structures and algorithms to solve software development problems. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and team knowledge-sharing activities. Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and application performance improvements. Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and deliver effective software solutions. Follow software development best practices, coding standards, and version control processes. Required Technical Skills Programming: Core Java, OOP concepts, data structures, and algorithms. Backend Development: Spring Boot, REST API development, exception handling, and dependency injection. Database: MySQL, SQL queries, joins, database design, and CRUD operations. Python: Basic to intermediate Python programming, scripting, and automation. AI Tools: Familiarity with AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar tools. Software Engineering: SOLID principles, clean code, modular design, and reusable components. Testing & Debugging: Unit testing, debugging, error handling, and troubleshooting. Development Tools: Git, GitHub, Maven, and IDEs such as IntelliJ IDEA or Eclipse. Preferred Candidate ProfileStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
