ob Description – Debt Recovery Supervisor Supervise and manage field recovery executives and telecallers. Monitor daily customer visits, collections, and recovery targets. Allocate areas and follow up on pending payments. Prepare daily performance reports and ensure target achievement. Coordinate with clients and management for smooth recovery operations. Requirements: Good communication, team management, and field recovery experience. Experience in banking/NBFC collections preferred.
