install commercial kitchen and bakery equipment at customer locations Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance for kitchen and bakery equipment. Inspect equipment for wear, damage, leakage, and abnormal operation Attend customer complaints and emergency breakdown calls. Diagnose electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and control system faults. Replace defective parts and test equipment after repairs. Prepare service reports for every maintenance visit and breakdown call. Record equipment details, faults identified, work performed, and spare parts used.
