E-Commerce Executive

Location: Sachin, Surat Experience: 1–3 Years Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000/month Industry: Jewellery Manufacturing & Export Key Responsibilities Manage jewellery products on Etsy, eBay, Shopify & Amazon . Create and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, images, tags & keywords. Manage orders, inventory, pricing and product updates. Handle international customer queries, orders, returns and reviews. Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch & Logistics teams. Monitor competitors, jewellery trends and marketplace performance. Prepare basic e-commerce sales and performance reports. Required Skills Experience with Etsy & eBay marketplace management . Knowledge of jewellery products and specifications. Product listing, marketplace SEO & keyword optimization. International customer handling and communication. MS Excel / Google Sheets. Good English communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills. Preferred: Experience in jewellery e-commerce and international markets.
