Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Team Building: Identify and recruit talented individuals to join the agency as insurance agents. Train and onboard new agents, providing them with the necessary product knowledge and sales skills. Foster a high-performing and motivated agency team through coaching and mentoring. Sales Target Achievement: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Monitor and analyze team performance, providing guidance and support to ensure targets are met or exceeded. Continuously assess market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.
