Job Title : Assistant Sales Manager Location: Sector 3, Noida Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 (In-hand) + Incentives Job Summary : We are looking for a Assistant Sales Manager to connect with potential customers over the phone, explain CreditQ’s financial services/products, generate interest, and convert leads into customers. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence, and a target-oriented approach. Job Responsibilties: Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales opportunities. Explain CreditQ’s products and services clearly to prospective customers. Follow up with leads regularly and convert them into customers.. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.. Handle customer queries and provide relevant information. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and processing. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers. Requirements : Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome. Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, or sales will be an advantage. Good verbal communication and convincing skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations. Target-oriented and self-motivated approach. Comfortable making outbound calls and handling customer conversations. Preferred Skills : Strong communication and negotiation skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
