Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and professional Accountant with a minimum of 3 years of practical accounting experience . The candidate should have strong knowledge of Zoho Books , day-to-day accounting, taxation, bank reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling company accounts, maintaining accurate financial records, completing reconciliations, and ensuring timely compliance with accounting and taxation requirements. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle complete day-to-day accounting activities independently. Maintain books of accounts accurately in Zoho Books . Create and verify Sales Invoices, Purchase Bills, Credit Notes and Debit Notes . Maintain Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable . Perform daily/monthly Bank Reconciliation . Reconcile customer, supplier and ledger accounts. Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up for payments. Maintain proper records of company expenses and purchases. Handle GST accounting, GST reconciliation and return-related working . Knowledge of TDS calculation, deduction and reconciliation . Prepare Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet and other financial reports . Prepare monthly MIS reports for management. Verify accounting entries and identify incorrect or missing transactions. Maintain proper supporting documents for all financial transactions. Coordinate with CA/Auditors for GST, Income Tax and statutory compliance. Assist with payroll accounting and employee advances, where required. Ensure all financial records are updated accurately and on time. Support management with financial data, reports and account-related information. Required SkillsStrong working knowledge of Zoho Books . Professional knowledge of accounting principles. GST & TDS knowledge. Bank Reconciliation. Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable. Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet preparation. Ledger Scrutiny & Reconciliation. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel . MIS Reporting. Vendor & Customer Reconciliation. Expense Management. Tax Invoice & Credit/Debit Note handling. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to independently manage multiple accounting activities. Candidate Requirements Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience is mandatory. B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or relevant qualification preferred. Practical experience with Zoho Books is strongly preferred . Candidate should be professional, responsible and disciplined. Must have strong accounting fundamentals. Should be capable of handling accounts independently with minimum supervision. Must maintain confidentiality of company financial information. Preference will be given to candidates having strong practical experience in Zoho Books, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, MIS reporting and complete company accounting.
