Field Collection Executive

We are looking for a motivated Field Executive to represent our company and support day-to-day field operations. The successful candidate will visit customers and business locations, build positive relationships, and help ensure targets and service standards are met. Key responsibilities Visit assigned customers, retailers, or sites according to the daily schedule. Promote the company’s products or services and explain their benefits. Generate leads, follow up on enquiries, and support sales conversions. Maintain strong relationships with customers and promptly address routine concerns. Collect market feedback and report competitor activity. Complete visit records, reports, and other required documentation accurately. Coordinate with the office team to resolve customer or operational issues. Meet assigned activity, service, and performance targets. Requirements Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Comfortable travelling within the assigned territory. Basic smartphone and record-keeping skills. Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently. Previous field sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage. A valid driving licence and access to reliable transport may be required, depending on the role.
