Electrical Site Engineer

Job Profile – Site Engineer (Electrical) Position: Site Engineer – Electrical Experience: 3 to 6Years Education: B.Tech in Electrical Engineering Salary: ₹30000 to ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience and skills) Job Responsibilities Supervise and execute electrical installation work at project sites. Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, consultants, and clients. Inspect the quality of electrical work and ensure compliance with safety standards. Prepare daily progress reports, material requisitions, and site documentation. Plan and monitor manpower, materials, and equipment required at the site. Resolve technical issues arising during project execution. Ensure timely completion of projects within the approved budget and schedule. Conduct testing and commissioning of electrical systems. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company safety policies. Required Skills Good knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, panels, and installation practices. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and BOQs. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Knowledge of site safety procedures and quality standards. Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is preferred. Preferred Candidate Profile B.Tech in Electrical Engineering. 4–6 years of experience in electrical site execution. Willingness to travel to project sites as required. Ability to work independently and manage site teams effectively.
