Job Overview

We are looking for motivated MBA Finance freshers who are interested in building a career in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management). This is an excellent opportunity to learn Oracle EPM applications and develop expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Understand financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.

Learn and work with Oracle EPM applications to support financial management and business planning activities.

Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts based on business requirements.

Support financial data analysis to help businesses make informed decisions.

Understand financial performance metrics and assist in identifying variations between actual results and budgets.

Work with senior consultants and team members to understand client requirements and financial business processes.

Develop knowledge of Oracle EPM tools and their practical applications in the finance domain.

Eligibility Criteria

MBA in Finance – Freshers are welcome to apply.

Strong interest in finance, financial planning, and enterprise technology.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Basic knowledge of Excel and financial concepts.

Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.

No prior Oracle EPM experience is required.
