Job Summary

Renq Power Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., a solar EPC company, is hiring Solar Technicians for commercial and residential solar installation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Install solar panels, mounting structures, inverters, and related electrical components.

Perform electrical wiring, cable laying, and connections.

Carry out installation, testing, and commissioning of solar power systems.

Troubleshoot technical issues and perform maintenance work.

Follow electrical safety standards and site procedures.

Coordinate with project engineers and team members to complete work on time.

Eligibility

ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field preferred.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Basic electrical knowledge and willingness to work at different project sites are required.

Must be willing to travel for project-related work.

Allowances & Benefits

Travel allowance provided for site visits.

Lunch provided for work sites located more than 50 km away.

Insurance/claim available for site injuries
