About the Role

Katyayani Organics is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Chemists to support laboratory operations, product development, quality testing, and formulation activities in the fertilizers and plant nutrition segment.

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct laboratory testing and chemical analysis of fertilizers and plant nutrition products.

Assist in the formulation and development of NPK fertilizers, micronutrients, biostimulants, and other agricultural products.

Perform quality control (QC) checks on raw materials and finished products.

Maintain laboratory records, test reports, and documentation.

Follow laboratory safety procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Support R&D, production, and quality assurance teams in product improvement.

Ensure accuracy in testing, sampling, and reporting.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of basic chemistry and laboratory techniques.

Understanding of chemical analysis and quality testing.

Knowledge of laboratory instruments and equipment.

Good observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
