Key Responsibilities - Explain product features, quality, and benefits to customers. - Promote and sell products through direct selling. - Build and maintain positive customer relationships. - Develop communication, marketing, and customer-handling skills. - Participate in product presentations and training sessions. - Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product information. Eligibility Criteria - 12th pass and ITI candidates can apply. - Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. - Good communication skills and a willingness to learn. - Interest in sales, marketing, and customer interaction. Training Details - Training Duration: 3 Days - Training Mode: Offline - Training Topics: Product Knowledge, Direct Selling, Marketing Skills, Communication Skills, and Customer Handling. Accommodation and Food - PG accommodation and food facilities are available for outstation candidates. - Estimated Monthly Cost: ₹3,500–₹4,000. - Accommodation and food expenses are payable by the candidate.
