About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused professional to drive customer onboarding, product adoption, and engagement on the StudioIP platform.

You will conduct product demonstrations, guide customers through onboarding, help them initiate their first projects, and encourage continued platform usage.

This is a customer success and product adoption role, not a direct sales or digital marketing position.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct product demonstrations and explain platform features through relevant business use cases.

Guide customers through registration, onboarding, and their first project setup.

Follow up with customers who have not started or completed their projects.

Help customers create clear project briefs and scopes using AI-assisted tools.

Collaborate with Relationship Managers and the Product team to improve customer experience.

Track demos, registrations, onboarding progress, project completion, and repeat usage.

Identify customer challenges and take initiatives to improve platform adoption.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven, hands-on experience in B2B SaaS, Customer Success, Product Adoption, Software Onboarding, or Implementation.

Strong communication, presentation, and customer-handling skills.

Experience conducting product demos and onboarding business customers.

Ability to follow up consistently and encourage customers to actively use the platform.

Basic understanding of CRM tools, customer funnels, and usage metrics.

Interest in AI-powered tools and willingness to learn new technologies.

Experience in enterprise SaaS, MarTech, HRTech, or B2B marketplaces will be an advantage.

Work Mode

Work from Office only. This is not a remote or hybrid position.

Interview Mode

Face-to-face interview only. Virtual interviews will not be conducted.

Candidates must be willing to work from the office and attend an in-person interview.

Only candidates with relevant, hands-on experience in a similar field should apply.
