Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Dialer Executive with hands-on experience in Ameyo Dialer and BPO voice-process operations. The candidate will be responsible for dialer configuration, data churning, call routing, ID creation, skill creation, campaign management, DIA mapping, and report generation. Advanced Excel proficiency is essential for data management and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily dialer operations using Ameyo Dialer for inbound and outbound voice processes.

Perform data churning, data cleaning, filtering, validation, and segmentation for calling campaigns.

Configure and manage call routing, routing rules, and agent allocation.

Create and manage agent IDs, user accounts, and access permissions.

Create and configure agent skills and skill mapping as per campaign requirements.

Handle campaign creation, configuration, activation, and monitoring.

Perform DIA mapping and related dialer configurations as required.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly dialer and campaign performance reports.

Monitor call volumes, connect rates, agent availability, and campaign performance.

Troubleshoot dialer login, routing, campaign, and calling-related issues.

Coordinate with Operations, MIS, IT, and Team Leaders for smooth process execution.

Maintain accurate dialer records and ensure timely completion of reporting activities.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with Ameyo Dialer.

Knowledge of data churning and campaign data management.

Call routing and routing configuration.

Agent ID creation and user management.

Skill creation and skill mapping.

Campaign management and configuration.

DIA mapping.

Report generation and dialer performance monitoring.

Advanced Excel

Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, COUNTIF, SUMIF, filters, and data cleaning.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and coordination skills.

Eligibility Criteria

2–4 years of experience in dialer operations within a BPO or call-centre environment.

Practical knowledge of Ameyo Dialer and voice-process operations.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and operational requirements.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.
