Telecaller – Health Insurance

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads for health insurance plans.

Explain health insurance policies, coverage, benefits, premiums, and features to customers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.

Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.

Maintain customer information, call records, and follow-up details in the CRM.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.

Coordinate with the sales team to complete the insurance application process.

Follow company policies and applicable insurance sales and compliance guidelines.

Requirements

Minimum qualification

12th Pass or Graduate.

Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.

Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused attitude.

Ability to handle outbound calls and meet sales targets.

Freshers can apply; prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or health insurance will be an advantage.

Full-time, as per company policy.We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our Health Insurance Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their health insurance requirements, explaining suitable insurance plans, and generating sales through outbound and inbound calls.

Pay

Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
