Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer queries, handle customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

Manage customer complaints and provide timely solutions. Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, returns, and exchanges.

Maintain customer records and update CRM software.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Follow up with customers to improve customer satisfaction.

Maintain daily reports and records. Requirements Good communication skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Salary As per company standards and candidate experience.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
