Job Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

Coordinate telephonic interviews, schedule interviews, and follow up with candidates.

Communicate with candidates regarding job openings, interview schedules, and selection updates.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Support onboarding, documentation, and other HR activities.

Coordinate with the internal team to fulfil recruitment requirements.

Learn practical HR processes, recruitment strategies, and professional communication.

Eligibility Criteria

Freshers and candidates pursuing or having completed a degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field can apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and internet-based recruitment tools.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a professional approach.

Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.
