Real Estate Sales & Marketing Intern - Futuristic Noida (Noida, in-office) Futuristic Noida is a RERA-registered real estate advisory and channel partner firm in Noida. Our founder spent about 10 years at 99acres. We help homebuyers and investors choose projects from developers such as Godrej, Stellar, Sobha and Prestige. Instagram: @futuristicnoida What you'll do 1. Call and follow up buyer leads (99acres, Housing.com, ads); qualify budget, location and timeline; book site visits. 2. Market research on projects and localities (price/sq ft, possession, RERA status, connectivity) into short client notes. 3. Accompany clients on site visits in Greater Noida, Noida and Greater Noida West. 4. Help a little with posts/reels for @futuristicnoida. 5. Keep the lead sheet/CRM updated daily. Who should apply - Final-year students or recent graduates (BBA/MBA/marketing preferred; others welcome) - Comfortable on calls in Hindi and English - Available in person in Noida (Sector 116) for at least 3 months from around 1 Nov 2026 - Own two-wheeler preferred - Organised with Google Sheets/Excel; basic Canva/Instagram a plus Requirements: Sales, Tele-calling, Market Research, Spoken English, Spoken Hindi, MS-Excel / Google Sheets, Social Media Marketing Pay & terms - Fixed stipend: Rs 10,000-15,000 per month, depending on the candidate - Travel allowance: Rs 1,500-2,000 per month or actual fuel cost - Booking incentive (separate from stipend): Rs 25,000 on your 1st closed booking, Rs 50,000 on your 2nd, Rs 1,00,000 on your 3rd. A booking counts only once it is closed and realised; the incentive is paid after Futuristic Noida receives its brokerage from the developer. - 6 days a week, 10 AM-7 PM, with a weekday off (weekends are site-visit days) - Office: Block 39, Sector 116, Noida - Certificate, letter of recommendation, possible full-time offer (PPO) after 3 months Shortlisted candidates get a short practical task and an interview.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
