Junior React Native Developer

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS using React Native.

Build responsive, user-friendly mobile interfaces with a strong focus on performance and usability.

Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs and backend services.

Work with React Native WebView to integrate web-based functionality into mobile applications.

Implement navigation, state management, push notifications, deep linking, and other mobile app features.

Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance, stability, and reliability.

Integrate third-party SDKs, libraries, and services into mobile applications.

Work with native Android and iOS configurations when required.

Manage app builds, releases, and deployments to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and the product team to deliver high-quality features.

Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code while following development best practices.

Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of mobile applications.

Must-Have Qualifications

Hands-on experience with React Native and mobile application development.

Strong understanding of JavaScript, ES6+, and React fundamentals.

Good knowledge of React Hooks, functional components, and state management.

Experience integrating REST APIs and handling asynchronous operations.

Familiarity with mobile navigation, app lifecycle, and platform-specific behavior on Android and iOS.

Experience with Git and version control workflows.

Understanding of responsive layouts, and mobile UI development.

Knowledge of debugging, performance optimization, and error handling.

Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and deliver reliable solutions.

Good-to-Have Qualifications

Experience with TypeScript.

Familiarity with React Native WebView and hybrid mobile applications.

Experience with push notifications using Firebase Cloud Messaging or similar services.

Knowledge of native Android development using Java/Kotlin or iOS development using Swift.

Experience with Fastlane, CI/CD pipelines, and automated mobile app builds.

Familiarity with publishing and maintaining apps on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Experience with Firebase, analytics, and third-party SDK integrations.

Knowledge of Node.js and backend API development.
