JOB DESCRIPTION

Role Purpose

To drive Personal Loan business through sourcing, acquisition, and relationship management while achieving assigned sales targets. The role involves leading sales activities, managing channels/DSAs, and ensuring high-quality customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve Personal Loan sales targets for the assigned geography/branch.

Source salaried customers through Direct Sales Teams, referrals, channel partners, aggregators, and other lead-generation activities.

Develop and execute sales strategies to increase Personal Loan business.

Build and maintain relationships with customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.

Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of sales executives/team members.

Ensure smooth coordination with Credit, Operations, Risk, and other support teams for faster loan processing.

Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.

Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.

Prepare sales reports and MIS, and provide business updates to management
