JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage the training needs for executives
• Ensure that all his DRAs are trained & Certified as per regulatory requirement
• Drive performance through team work
• Review of teams performance in terms of targets vs actual and guide for necessary optimisation

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Tracking & Controlling the delinquency of the area, bucket wise, dpd wise and focus on Non-starters for TW Product
• Regular follow up with delinquent customers through a dedicated team
• Ensuring adherence of legal guidelines by agencies and executives
• Manage Productivity by fixing productivity parameters for in-house / collection agencies, monitoring performance against set parameters and periodic review
• Co-ordination with legal team to ensure necessary legal action is taken on specific cases
• Ensure collection agencies are complaint with audit & information security requirements of the Organisation

Experience Range

10 to 12 Years
