TPA - Assistant

Maintain patient files, medical records, and clinical documentation. Assist in preparing medical reports, discharge summaries, and referral documents. Ensure accurate entry and updating of patient information. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, laboratory staff, and other departments. Schedule patient appointments and follow-up visits. Assist with laboratory investigations, diagnostic procedures, and referrals. Support daily departmental activities and clinical rounds.
