Admission Counselor

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from parents regarding admissions, courses, school facilities, fee structures, and policies.
• Counsel parents and provide accurate information about the school's curriculum, teaching methodology, and facilities.
• Follow up with prospective parents through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Schedule and coordinate school visits, meetings, and admission interactions.
• Convert admission inquiries into successful enrollments through effective counseling and follow-ups.
• Maintain admission records, inquiry registers, databases, and daily reports.
• Assist parents with admission forms, documentation, and enrollment procedures.
• Coordinate with the reception, academic team, and school management to ensure a smooth admission process.
• Meet admission targets and contribute to the school's enrollment growth.
• Build positive relationships with parents and maintain a high standard of customer service.

Skills and Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal, convincing, and counseling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, email, and data entry.
• Ability to handle parent inquiries professionally and confidently.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude, professional appearance, and a target-oriented approach.
• Experience working in a school, preschool, or educational institution will be an added advantage.
